A public hearing shall be held on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Legislative Conference Room of the Ronald E. Dougherty County Office Building, 56 Main Street, Owego, NY for the purpose of hearing public comments on Tioga County's community development needs and to discuss the possible submission of one or more Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) applications for the 2025 program year.
